Abusing Powers

I come online for the first time, to see myself being killed by a prop spawned by him, then i respawn to watch him prop running after another RP'r.
I tryed to play Dark RP but him as a CP he kept attempting to break RP rules and deture me from building a shop as a gun dealer.. Then after he shot me with the shotguns i bought them i came back and created my own shop, i got my shop up and built and was signing up on the forumss to come back to me being dead again from a prop, with jerry inside my store, he then argues with me and telling me im not following rules... I am trying to play a game in hopes more people will come to this server but with him people will not stay, i surely dont want to with him.
